Charlotte M

Hey there, awesome parents! Meet Charlotte, your child's future musical guide and inspiration extraordinaire! Imagine this: a musical journey led by a dynamic mentor who's not just a prodigy but also a beacon of compassion and fun. That's Charlotte in a nutshell, and here's why you'll want her to be your child's musical partner in crime:

Passionate Progression: Charlotte's love affair with music started early, and she's been on the fast track ever since. Currently tackling her level 7 RCM studies, she's not just teaching notes; she's instilling a passion that grows with each lesson.

Versatility Unleashed: Not your average musician, Charlotte is fluent in all musical genres. Whether your child dreams of classical masterpieces or jazz improvisation, Charlotte's got it covered. She's like a musical buffet – a little bit of everything, served with finesse.

Concert Band Coolness: Charlotte's not confined to the piano bench. She's a trombone-wielding dynamo in her school's concert band, adding layers of experience and skill that go beyond the keys. Your child won't just learn notes; they'll embrace the full orchestra of musical possibilities.

Festival Fame: Picture this – your child not only learning from a musical prodigy but also winning awards at festivals. Charlotte brings that winning touch, making music lessons not just educational but downright exciting.

Improv Marvel: Charlotte isn't just about reading sheet music; she's a wizard at improvisation. This means your child won't just play notes; they'll create music, finding their unique voice in the symphony of sound.

Theatre Thrills: Beyond the practice room, Charlotte is deeply immersed in the world of musical theatre. If your child dreams of the stage, Charlotte isn't just a teacher; she's a backstage pass to the enchanting world of musicals.

Compassion Curriculum: In Charlotte's musical universe, kindness, respect, and a ton of fun are non-negotiables. Your child won't just be learning music; they'll be growing in an environment that fosters creativity, confidence, and camaraderie.

So, parents, if you're looking for more than just music lessons – if you want a mentor who'll spark a lifelong love for music while making every lesson a joyous adventure – Charlotte is the musical maestro your child deserves.

Racquel W.

Piano was one of the first instruments that inspired Racquel. She quickly became one of the top performers, placing first and second in performances such as at the Sherwood Park Music Festival, as well as performing as a finalist. Racquel also enjoyed playing the alto saxophone in the honors’ jazz and marching bands and competing in DisneyLand.

After studying Earth and Ocean Sciences at the University of Victoria, Racquel started right back where she left off in music, adding singing to her repertoire. She is currently focusing on completing the RCM program, while expanding her passions in jazz, pop, and experimenting with music in general.

With experience teaching people of all ages, Racquel has found she values building confidence and giving her students musical freedom, while laying down the fundamental building blocks to becoming an exceptional musician.

Caylie first fell in love with music in kindergarten and has been singing, playing, writing and recording ever since. She started as a flute player but found that she enjoyed piano, guitar and ukulele much better because they’re much easier to sing along with. Her passion for music has driven her through extensive training in a variety of fields and musical genres.

Caylie is finishing at MacEwan University with a major in Recording and Production. When she isn’t teaching she’s in the studio, at a rehearsal or performing as a solo artist or with her band, Waffelhouse.

Caylie teaches voice, piano, guitar, ukulele and songwriting. Over the course of her lessons she also touches on theory and ear training. Her favourite part about teaching is watching her students fall in love with music the same way she did!
